For the remains of Chinese citizens who passed away overseas,we will receive them at the designated airport within China and transport them to funeral homes across the country.

In addition, after a Chinese citizen passes away overseas, a series of procedures need to be confirmed and handled in advance with the relevant departments of the customs and the airport before transporting the remains back to China. The following are the specific procedures and points for attention:

• Throughout the process, it is recommended to maintain close communication with the embassies/consulates, airlines, and funeral homes to ensure that all documents meet the customs and health requirements and avoid any problems during entry.

• The relevant documents will be temporarily entrusted to our staff by the airline and then transferred to the family members.

• Depending on the condition of the remains, procedures such as cosmetic restoration of the remains may be required.
