Regarding the exit of the remains of foreign nationals, we will arrange staff members specifically responsible for the transportation of overseas remains to handle the sanitation of the remains as well as report to and coordinate with relevant departments.

1. We will carry out sanitation treatment of the remains, including embalming, and place them in a special coffin for international air freight.

2. We will prepare all kinds of certification documents required for going abroad for you, and we need to temporarily keep the deceased's passport.

3. We will arrange an international flight and the boarding of the remains (coffin), and handle all kinds of procedures. We will issue you the air waybill number, etc.

4. All the above arrangements usually take 1 to 3 weeks to complete all the procedures.

The Process of the Exit of the Remains of Foreign Nationals

1. Please call us at (+86 187-2168-1668).

• If you don't speak Chinese, we will arrange for staff members who can speak English to call you back, even late at night or in the early morning.

2. We will learn about the detailed situation. Please inform us of the following:

• The name and contact information of the deceased and the person in charge.

• The place of death and the current situation.

• The destination country for the remains to go abroad.

3. Pick up at the place where the deceased passed away. We will arrange staff members specifically in charge of overseas affairs to go to the designated place to pick up the remains.

• Please make sure to have the deceased's passport ready.

4. Other situations:

• In case of criminal cases: The forensic doctor will conduct procedures such as autopsies or dissections and issue an autopsy report. The handling methods vary in different regions. Please be sure to follow the instructions of the police.

• In the event of an accident or sudden death, the police will conduct autopsies, investigations, dissections, etc. After that, the remains will be handed over.

5. Transfer to the Embalming Center

• For international transportation, we will carry out sanitation treatment (to prevent infectious diseases) on the remains according to the standards stipulated by each country and embalm the remains, and then place the remains in a special coffin for international use.

• Before the remains are transported back overseas, we will store the remains in a mortuary specifically for international transportation.

6. Document Preparation and Coordination with Relevant Departments

• We will prepare the documents required by each country according to the death certificate and send professional staff members to handle the procedures of relevant departments such as the embassy.

7. Arrangements for the Exit of the Remains

• When everything is ready, we will transport the remains to the airport, handle the exit procedures and arrange for boarding.
