  1. 24-hour round-the-clock assistance: The company has a round-the-clock assistance team to ensure support and help for clients at any time.

  2. Strict adherence to legal and cultural norms: All services strictly comply with local laws, cultures, health regulations, and ethical standards, following international standards while respecting the special requirements of different countries and regions.

  3. Embalming and sealed packaging: All remains will be embalmed before departure and sealed according to international epidemic prevention requirements.

  4. Supervision of coffin sealing process: Depending on the specific circumstances, embassy staff and customs health quarantine officers will be invited to supervise the sealing process of the coffin.

  5. Privacy protection: Respect the privacy of the deceased and their families, strictly adhere to privacy protection principles, and take reasonable security measures to protect the information security of the deceased and their families. All information is used solely for the remains transportation service and will not be used for any other purposes.

  6. Transparent and reasonable fees: Provide transparent and reasonable quotations based on specific circumstances. Fees usually include costs for embalming, casketing, transportation, and customs clearance at various stages. Additional fees may apply for special treatments (such as remains of those who died from infectious diseases) or extra services (such as expedited transportation). All fees will be clearly explained before the service begins to ensure that clients fully understand and agree.
